Cancellation of Services

If you cancel your hosting services within the first 30 days of signing up, we will refund your payment in full. This refund policy applies only to hosting services and does not include domain registration fees, setup fees, or fees for additional services.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, you must submit a refund request through our support ticket system within the first 30 days of signing up. We may ask you to provide additional information or details about the reason for your refund request.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We may also deduct any applicable fees or charges, including domain registration fees, setup fees, or fees for additional services, from your refund.

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:

Services that have already been used or accessed by you.
Services that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms of service.
Services that have been canceled after the first 30 days of signing up.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval of your refund request. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
